Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I am a primary teacher with a degree of Bachelors in Science and a certificate in Professional Education; having an experience of around 10 years in different schools in Pakistan and UAE. Currently I am teaching year IV and taught year III, IV and V in previously.

My current role is of a grade IV English and Social Studies teacher. I also work as an IT coordinator for year IV. As a coordinator I plan ICT integrated lessons for English and SST and support colleagues as well as monitor and evaluate the teaching and learning that is taking place in the subject areas. My teaching responsibilities include planning, supervising and implementing the plans and achieving curriculum targets as well as support the teaching and learning process.

I work in Beaconhouse School System, one of the largest chains of schools in Pakistan having more than 200 branches all over the country. The branch where I work is in Karachi with strength of 1500+ students and staff of more than 100 teachers. The school campus is spacious and equipped with many useful resources like IT labs, libraries, resource rooms, conference room and a big play ground. Our IT lab is well maintained and provided with satisfactory numbers of computers.
