Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I have been a teacher for the last six years. Prior to becoming a teacher I worked as a Project Manager for a high street bank for thirteen years. I am currently the Subject Leader for ICT at secondary school in SW England. I am particularly interested in the use of web 2.0 technologies to allow students to communicate and collaborate online. I have produced a range of teaching and CPD resources using google sites and have run various CPD sessions for my school and local authority. I am involved in the #ictcurric group on Twitter (@dwsm) and contribute resources to the #ictcurric resource bank.
