Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I have been interested in the use of technology in education since I started teaching in 2001.  Whilst a primary teacher I integrated technology into teaching and learning where the tool would facilitate or enhance learning.  I then became a primary ICT teacher where my remit was to teach all stages of the primary school innovative and creative ways to use technology.  For the past four years I have worked at the University of Dundee as a lecturer in ICT in Education.  My main research interests are mobile technologies in education and interactive technologies.
