Personal Statement

I have been teaching mathematics and physics in a Upper Secondary School since 1995. I’m the main contributor to my school website. As a teacher I use ICT to prepare didactical objects, to learn, to improve myself, to communicate, to share opinions and experiences with other collegues. As a teacher I believe that mathematics is a universal language.

Two years ago, through Comenius project, I started to appreciate the Europe of people and the importance to create human links. Now I see the prominence to prepare our students for a future in Europe, as global citizens with personal roots in a particular country and history.

As a father I believe in multi-cultural countries and a multi-cultural Europe. I dream that my children can feel themselves really European citizens. I hope they can be open-minded about culture, human values, future.

ICT can help us to build a linked world.
