Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I am a teacher of Science and Mathematics and I am teaching to grade IV and V. I have been teaching in this system for about nine years. I have masters degree in Economics. I am a dedicated learner and have learnt many skills during my job period. I am always hunting for recent skills and techniques to enhance my teaching skill and my students’ learning. I have attended many workshops and courses for professional Development.

I teach students of grade four and five whose age range is eight to eleven years. Urdu is their first language. They use ICT for learning, however some of them cannot use it independently. They all are very enthusiastic while using ICT for learning purposes. My students are, in the main, quite bright and constantly need to be challenged in their learning.

My role and responsibility as a science teacher is to provide an environment to my students where they can enhance their learning through hands on experience.
