Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I am an Early Year's teacher and its been a year since i employed the use of ICT in my teaching and learning. Initially I had to face lot of challenges to use ICT effectively as I was struggling with the softwares and hardwares myself ,but with the period of time, I have learnt so much through hands on experiences, my learners and my evaluation feedback.Everyday has been a new challenge for me and I have devised new strategies as per my learners requirements and skills to employ ICT in a more meaningful way to enhance my students learning and understanding.Effective use of the ICT resources has led to a more student centered class where my role is of a facilitator.I am further looking for innovative ways to integrate technology for more efficacious lesson planning as I want my students to be challenged.I am open to suggestions and feedback to improve my understanding regarding ICT and education.I want to share my Ideas and queries and would like expert advise to make my understanding better so I make the maximum use of the ICT resources that I have for a more purposeful learning. Me and my learners love to explore new ICT resources and are always looking for better resource, so suggestions in that context would also be very helpful.
