Personal Statement

Personal Statement

My interest in ICT and Education stems from an interest in how to use technology to monitor and assess the cognitive processing skills of learners; hence identify gaps in individuals cognitive processing skills and find ways to overcome them, or at least minimise them.

Technology is also a useful way of capturing and sharing data with other stakeholders so that they can observe barriers to learning and more fully understand how to address those issues appropriately. Overtime technology offers the opportunity to log changes in cognitive processing skills and provides powerful evidence of the impact of different interventions.
