Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I manage Digital Education projects at Nesta exploring the impact of technology on learning in schools. Currently I am exploring Flipped Learning, Remote Tutoring & using realtime transcription for teacher professional development.

I'm also interested in the generation and role of evidence in education technology, and in education in general.

Previously I have been subject leader for Primary ICT, Digital Literacy & Computing at Plymouth University, a Primary teacher and winner of the ALT Learning Technologist of the Year award in 2011.
