Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I am a Language teacher and believe that teaching language is a fun activity. It should be taught in real life situations. Language cannot be taught in abstract. For learning a language, a student has to feel relaxed and the activities he goes through should be of his interest. Using ICT is the most suitable way to help a teacher to bring abstracts to concrete form. It creates interest of students and provides them a continuous support to improve their language and triggers their potential to work on. Use of ICT resource also helps me to lower my workload and enable my students to work better and with interest.

Using ICT, the students get ample opportunity to practise their spoken and listening skills. It helps to develop the sentence structure of a child when he frequently listens to and watches different audio and videos selected by the teacher.

ICT provides all that what a teacher finds interesting for her students. It develops interests of students as well.
