Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I have over 15 years’ experience teaching at secondary level and more recently as an Assistant Headteacher responsible for Teaching & Learning across two federated high schools in Wales. Within this role, I am leading on the ‘Emerging Technology’ Agenda and how it integrates and impacts on the quality of teaching and learning.

I am a firm advocate of a forward-thinking, 21st century visionary approach to education in schools and see the value in developing online learning as a vehicle to promote learning and engage students and their parents outside of the school environment.

My seconded role as a Teaching and Learning Consultant for At Summit is key to supporting the delivery of high quality Teaching and Learning through its online products and services.
