Personal Statement

As a primary classroom teacher I was enthusiatic about bringing new technologies into my classroom. I used web pages and online forums so that children could collect, process and publish their ideas. I researched how able children use ICT in school. I worked on a DfES funded nationwide online learning community for junior age children before going back into a small school as a headteacher on a mission to bring that style of learning into the classroom.

I am now head of a larger city junior school and still working on it.

ICT Interests

Online communities.
