Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I am Head of ICT and teach both ICT and Science at King Edward VI Grammar School, Chelmsford. We have pioneered the use of the Moodle VLE at the school, and our site at http://kegsnet.org.uk/ has been in use since early 2003. I have carried out research into the use and efectiveness of the VLE at the school. Current areas of interest, apart from the use of Moodle, include research into the prevalence and prevention of plagiarism, especially regarding the early years of secondary school and the use of Mind Tools in teaching.
