Personal Statement

Personal Statement

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, I enjoyed a long career as a teacher in both the Primary and Secondary sectors, I spent 11 years as the local authority ICT Consultant supporting schools in my local area and, during this time, studied for an MA degree.

The new curriculum for 2014 is a major focus for my work with Head Teachers and Subject Leaders. I provide Subject Leadership training for two local authorities, supporting teachers in preparation for the new Computing Curriculum. I work alongside teachers and children in the classroom, promoting collaborative learning and the creative use of technology.
